I decided to go on a short motorcycle ride around Austin this afternoon. I noticed I needed gas so I went to the gas station only to realize I had no credit card and $4 in cash. I got 1.9 gallons of gas, much to the amusement of the station attendent.
I did have a nice cruise down Lime Creek Rd. I have a new speed policy about rides - stick to 5 over on the straights and keep the corner speed up. Going fast in a straight line is for weenies.

1.9 gallons into $4 is $2.10/gallon. I filled my car today - $2.43 a gallon. Another reason to move to Texas.
