Mutterings

A fellow motorcycle board user, Dan, posted a message asking for those with late model sportbikes to stop by his place so he could take measurements in order to sell custom parts for those models on his website. Those guinea pigs would get to keep the prototypes, gratis. So I went up to his place this afternoon and waited around for a bit while he and friend Kevin custom built some front and rear axle sliders for my bike. He’s also interested in building rear sets (for the non-riders, those are race-oriented footpegs) for my bike so I may be going up there in a month or two to get that done too.
